Arrival at Annecy Mont-Blanc airport then about 1h50 via A43 and A41 (161 km; itinerary with tolls).

take the A43 Alpine motorway;
then take exit 30 Haute Maurienne Vanoise;
then take the D215.

It is possible to use the roads of the major Alpine passes of Mont-Cenis, Iseran and Galibier depending on the snow conditions.
